THE EDITOR: Valerie Wetlaufer is a teacher, editor, and poet. She holds a BA in French and an MA in Teaching from Bennington College, an MFA in Poetry from the Florida State University, and a PhD in Literature & Creative Writing from the University of Utah, where she was a Vice Presidential Fellow. Her first book, Mysterious Acts by My People (Sibling Rivalry Press, 2014) won the Lambda Literary Award for Lesbian Poetry. Her second book, Call Me by My Other Name, is now available for order from Sibling Rivalry Press. She lives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
